This is the second article on the tunnels I’ve seen in the Express.
Most people I have talked with about the tunnel projects are totally unaware and have not heard of it before. Perhaps they also do not understand how it could affect us living here in the Bay Area because they seem to think it’s very remote from them. They have no connection to the Delta.
