Eminent Domain Workshop

Tom Keeling of Freeman, D’Aito, Pierce, Keeling & Wolf

will hold another workshop for Delta landowners on eminent domain issues in conjunction with Restore the Delta.

Mr. Keeling, practices complex litigation, eminent domain, and appellate advocacy.  He has been the lead attorney responding to  Department of Water Resources’ entry permit requests for Delta residents.

At these workshops, Mr. Keeling will give updates on DWR’s tactics and litigation updates, in addition to an overview of the eminent domain process.
