On September 6, 2006, Restore the Delta got started as an arm of the Friends of the River campaign, with Barbara Barrigan-Parrilla as Restore the Delta’s campaign director. In November of 2010, we incorporated as a separate non-profit organization.
Restore the Delta has grown enormously, and we’ve all learned a lot in the past five years. The people who work on this newsletter and all our communications, Jane Wagner-Tyack, Brett Baker, Jessica Iniguez, and Barbara B-, are grateful to all our supporters, and we’re determined to continue the fight for this unique and beautiful region and its people.
