Special Workshop for Delta Landowners Sponsored by Restore the Delta

Are you receiving constant notices from the Department of Water Resources to access your land?  Do you find DWR’s requests and statements to enter your property confusing, threatening, or vague?  Are you concerned about preserving your private property rights in the midst of all these Delta planning processes?

Restore the Delta is hosting an Eminent Domain Workshop on July 27, 2011 featuring guest speaker:

Thomas Keeling, Attorney

with Freeman, D’Aiuto, Pierce, Gurev, Keeling & Wolf

Mr. Keeling will discuss entry requests from DWR, and your rights as a Delta landowner.

This workshop is open only to private Delta landowners. Government landowners, NGO landowners, and outside Delta landowners representing other California water interests are not eligible to attend.

This event is free; however, a reservation is required.  We will also be asking for a free will donation at the door.

To reserve your spot, please send an email to Jessica Iniguez at jessica@restorethedelta.org, or call Barbara Barrigan-Parrilla at 209-479-2053.
