The BDCP will host “Open House” Meetings throughout California January through February. It is important for area residents to attend this BDCP meeting on the 21st of January so that they may register their questions and comments as part of the official record in response to the BDCP. Keep in mind that you will only be given 3 minutes to speak directly to a court reporter with your questions and comments — and will not receive a response. Written comments turned in, however, can be of any length. In addition, do not expect real answers to questions from DWR or ICF officials who will only give guarded responses.
